Never Played Before? Perfect.

MISA is a new high school squash league where every player starts as a beginner. No tryouts—just fun, fitness, and friends on a new team.

Squash is ranked as the top sport for overall fitness, because playing squash can use a little of everything: agility, stamina, speed, strength, mental focus, calmness, team spirit. By working with just one of these strengths, every player can succeed.

Here’s what squash looks like.

Squash is fast, strategic, and a full-body workout — think tennis meets chess, played in a four-walled box. You don’t need to have picked up a racquet before - squash is easy to learn and fun to play.
